Our events field is a flat well drained field with a a hard track access with ovely views across the Severn Valley, the event field is suitable for weddings, festivals, corporate launches and events.  Dates available from 1st July (Due to the Hay Harvesting).

Our rustic countryside wedding venue in the heart of Mid Wales is nestled amongst rolling hills, making Porth Farm a beautiful rural setting for couples dreaming of a relaxed, rustic wedding surrounded by nature.

The spacious event field provides the perfect blank canvas for your special day whether you’re planning a tipi or marquee wedding, a laid-back outdoor celebration, or an intimate gathering under the stars, with sweeping views, open skies and a peaceful farm backdrop, it’s the ideal spot to create a wedding that’s truly your own.

We include exclusive use of the field, with space for your reception, camping, and facilities. There’s also a secure camera system, on-site water supply and plenty of free parking for your guests.

The location is convenient with Caersws railway station a 20-minute walk away. Couples can choose their own suppliers or take advantage of our trusted local partners, including:

 – Seasonal flowers from our own meadows
 – Homegrown produce from our PYO farm during the summer months

We also have a pizza oven and BBQ grill, rustic benches, and a holiday cottage (7evern) on the farm, with more accommodation options within walking distance.

The most beautiful spot for a wedding

We had our wedding celebration at Porth Farm and we cannot say enough positive things.

Firstly, Angela and Gerwyn are lovely and went out of their way to make our day special. They were full of helpful suggestions and recommendations and really helped us bring the whole day together. We picked all of our sunflowers and wildflowers on site the day before and we used straw bales to make an isle next to our tipi setup.

The location is absolutely stunning, you are surrounded by the Welsh countryside and we were lucky enough to see red kites flying over on our wedding day as well as shooting stars at night. We cannot recommend this spot enough, it is beautiful, peaceful and romantic. We will be visiting Porth Farm to celebrate for years to come!
